The Greek Orthodox Ladies Philoptochos Society, Inc., is the duly accredited women's philanthropic society of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America. The National Philoptochos has awarded our own local Wolfson Children’s Hospital with a $15,000 check to be used towards the purchase of a brand new NICU bed.
Our Jacksonville chapter made Wolfson aware of this opportunity and provided them with the necessary paperwork so that they would be considered by National.
Thank you to everyone for working so hard on all the ministries of Philoptochos.
